Liability Statement:

Prathamesh Enterprises acknowledges that its liability, if any, will not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user.

Service Tax Policy:

Service Tax, once collected and deposited with the Service Tax Department, will not be refunded to the user by Prathamesh Enterprises.

Refund Process:

Any eligible refund payments by Prathamesh Enterprises will be released in 10 working days for general cases, and it may take more days in special cases. Refunds will be credited to the beneficiary bank account using NEFT transfer. Users are advised to make payments under their best decision.

Cancellation Policy:

If you have subscribed to a service and wish to cancel it, you have to inform Prathamesh Enterprises with a valid concern within 10 days from the date of delivery of service/Date of payment. www.prathameshtawde.com has the sole rights and authority to make the final decision on cancellation & refunds.
